Registration & Policies

How to Register:

1. Go to the Classes page to read descriptions of our classes and camps, and choose one that matches your child’s age or grade level.    
2. Go to the Schedule page to see which days and times that class or camp is currently being offered. Note the class name, day, and time you’ve selected.   
3. Read our registration policies at the bottom of this page.
4. Complete our Registration form and be sure to enter the class name, day, and time.  Please send your registration form and payment to Nancy Gold, Kids Money School. c/o Pharmastrategies, 6900 N. Dallas Parkway, Suite 200, Plano, TX 75024.

Confirmation Emails and Class Location

You will receive a confirmation email from Kids Money School after registration and payment are completed. 

One week before the start of class or camp, you will receive another email containing the address where classes will be held and a reminder of the day and time. 

Registration Policies

Kids Money School accepts checks or cash for registration. Please call 469-362-3128 for registration and payment instructions. Returned checks are subject to a $35 insufficient funds fee. 

Classes and camps must be paid in full before the first session. Kids Money School cannot hold a seat in class or camp until we have received payment.

A $25 registration fee is included in the price of each class and summer camp. This fee is nonrefundable unless the class or camp is cancelled by Kids Money School.  

Please be prompt when picking up your children. There is a 5 minute grace period after the end of class.  After the 5 minute grace period, we start calling emergency contacts and we will charge you $1 a minute until your child is picked up.   

Kids Money School reserves the right to cancel a class or camp at any time. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund or be offered the chance to select a different class or camp. 

If you wish to drop a class or camp, you must do so at least 24 hours before the first session by giving written notice by email to Kids Money School. A refund of the tuition (minus the $25 registration fee) will be processed within two weeks.

No refunds will be given after the first day of class or camp.

If a student must withdraw from class before the end of the semester, he or she may finish the class during another semester at no charge. 

Please notify Kids Money School by email if your child will be absent from class or camp. There are no refunds, discounts, or prorates if a student misses class. However, we will make every effort to place the student in the same class on another day. If that is not possible, we will provide class information that the parent can use at home. 

If there is an unexpected closure (due to weather, illness, etc.), Kids Money School will notify parents by phone and email as soon as possible.
